采用土柱淋溶法,研究了辽河口芦苇湿地不同深度土壤(S1:0-10cm;S2:10-20cm;S3:20-30cm;S4:30-40cm)的DOC生成动态,并探究了NaCl输入对DOC生成动态的影响.结果表明,在培养的前3d内,DOC生成速率迅速下降,20d后逐渐趋于一个稳定水平;28d培养期间,各深度土壤DOC累计生成量变化范围分别为2.09-3.19g·kg-(-1)(CK)和1.62-2.08g·kg-(-1)(Salt),其值随时间的变化符合一级动力学方程(R-2〉0.97,p〈0.05).方差分析表明,NaCl添加显著抑制了DOC的生成速率k(p〈0.05),降低了DOC潜在生成量C0;NaCl输入和土壤深度对DOC的累计生成量C均有极显著影响(p〈0.01).
To study the effect of sodium chloride addition on dissolved organic carbon(DOC)production,an incubation test with soil columns was carried out for 28 days.The tested soils were collected from different depth from the surface(S1:0-10 cm;S2:10-20 cm;S3:20-30 cm;S4:30-40 cm)in reed wetland in Liaohe estuary.It showed that the rate of DOC production presented a fast decrease in the initial three days,and then held on a steady level in the later twenty days.During the whole incubation of 28 days,accumulative production of DOC varies between 2.09-3.19 g·kg-(-1)(CK)and 1.62-2.08 g·kg-(-1)(Salt)respectively,which could be well described by one order exponential equation(R2〉0.97,p〈0.05).According to the result of ANOVA,sodium chloride addition significantly restricted the rate of DOC production(k)(p〈0.05),and significantly decreased the potential production(C0).Both sodium chloride addition and depth of soil have a significant effect on DOC accumulative production(C)(p〈0.01).
