To carry forward the spirit of national culture, improve Jing Chu cultural influence, and promote the fast-developing cultural industries and social economy to make them support each other are the essence of Jing Chu culture absorbed and regarded as the basic motive force in animation creation by Hubei culture. It is also the goal in the pursuing of derivative products development closely related to animation production. Taking the recently produced short film The Story of Yellow Crane Tower as an example which highlights the Jing Chu cultural characteristics, the derivatives and it soon form an industry chain, as a result the spirit of national culture and the development of economy and society can be promoted.
