[目的/意义]分析新媒体环境下企业知识共享模式,以期推动企业利用新媒体进行知识共手,提高企业核心竞争力,为企业选择最佳知识共享模式提供借鉴。[方法/过程]以信息生态和信息生态位理论为基础,以制造型企业、高新技术企业和服务型企业的典型代表为研究对象,使用案例分析和比较研究的方法,分析新媒体环境下3种典型的企业知识共享模式,并从信息生态特征上对比分析其相同点和不同点。[结果/结论]新媒体环境下企业知识共享的典型模式能帮助员工、团队和企业实现更好的知识共享效果:在员工个体层面,提升企业员工自我学习和知识管理的能力;在团队协同层面,促进团队之间隐性知识的转移;在企业发展层面,为企业知识创新水平的提升搭建交流和互动的平台。
[Purpose/significance] This paper analyses the enterprise knowledge sharing model under the new media environment, in order that the enterprises share knowledge with the new media to enhance their core competitive- ness, and choose the best knowledge sharing model. [Method/process] Based on the information ecology and information ecology theory, this paper chooses the typical representatives of manufacturing, new high-tech and service enterprises, analyses their knowledge sharing modes under the new media environment with case analysis and comparative research methods, and makes a comparative analysis on the similarities and differences from the aspect of information ecological characteristics. [Result/conclusion] Three kinds of knowledge sharing models all have markedly characteristics of interactive and timeliness, sharing and open, multimedia and hypertext, individual and community. They also have varies in the aspects of knowledge sharing main body, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing environment and knowledge sharing technology.
