在潮湿环境及其他严酷环境作用下,树脂基复合材料结构的力学性能会逐步降低,使得材料的实际可靠度比预设计的可靠度低.考虑树脂基复合材料的强度衰减,建立了其时变可靠度的分析模型和方法,并采用离散点法和随机过程法分别进行计算.算例表明,该方法简便易行,是评价和计算复合材料时变可靠度的有效方法.
As a result of the influence of moisture environments or other severe environments, the mechanical properties of polymer composites will deteriorate with time and make the actual reliability of them lower than that of the pre-designed reliability. In this paper, a probabilistic analysis method for deteriorating composite structures is presented. The discrete point method and the stochastic process method are used to calculate the structural .reliability. Numerical examples show that the present method is simple and effective for evaluating and calculating the time-dependent reliability of composites.
