以Mo粉和Si粉为原料,采用真空热压烧结法制备了Si含量不同的Mo-Si合金材料。通过金相显微镜和x射线衍射仪对材料的显微组织及相组成进行了分析,并测试了不同Si含量对Mo-Si合金硬度的影响。实验结果表明,随着Si含量的增加,Mo-Si合金的组成由单一的α-Mo相转变为α-Mo+Mo3Si相,而且硬度提高。结合Mo-Si合金的显微组织观察、相组成分析以及硬度实验结果,本文还讨论了所制备Mo-Si合金的强化机制。
The different silicon content of Mo -Si alloys were fabricated by vacuum hot processing using pure Molybdenum and pure Silicon powders. The microstrueture and phase of Mo - Si alloys were examined via optical microscope and X - ray diffraction. Moreover, the influence of silicon content on hardness of Mo - Si alloys was inves- tigated. The results indicate that the phases of Mo - Si alloys transit from α-Mo to α-Mo+ Mo3Si as well as hardness enhanced with the increase of silicon content. Based on the microstrueture, phases and hardness results of the Mo - Si alloys, the strengthening mechanism of the alloys are discussed in the paper.
