目的探讨自行研制的光纤型光学相干层析成像(optical coherence tomography,OCT)系统诊断皮肤微血管疾病的应用前景。方法以大鼠耳部皮下血管作为鲜红斑痣模型,应用OCT系统对大鼠耳部皮肤进行成像。将OCT扫描图像与大鼠耳组织病理学图像进行对比分析。结果与大鼠耳组织病理学图像进行比较,OCT图片可清晰分辨大鼠耳部皮下微血管,并可得到血管直径及深度的量化信息。结论 OCT对鲜红斑痣等皮肤血管疾病的临床诊断具有潜在应用价值。
Objective To develop a fiber optical coherence tomography(OCT) system in the utility of microvascular desease.Methods Choosing rat ear blood vessels as the model of PWS,we have studied the rat skin by OCT system,which established in our lab.Results Contrasting with the pathological section images,our OCT system could clearly distinguish the blood vessels from other tissues and get the diameter and depth of blood vessels.Conclusions We got conclusion that OCT technology is a promising scientific tool which may help to make diagnostic decisions on skin hemangiomas,such as PWS.
