为了改善公路隧道运行环境的安全性,应用德尔菲法(Delphi Method),从道路环境、交通运行环境、交通工程设施环境和气候环境4个方面建立评价指标,并对评价指标进行敏感性分析,构建了公路隧道运行环境安全评价指标体系;利用综合模糊评价法对模糊算子进行模糊合成,按照最大隶属度原则判断公路隧道运行环境安全等级,其中权重的确定充分考虑了专家知识经验以及数据本身蕴涵的信息,由主观赋权法(AHP法)和客观赋权法(熵权法)加权平均综合获得,能够同时反映评价等级的主观性和实测数据的客观性;最后以六武高速公路隧道群为例,用所选取的指标对该方法进行了验证。研究结果表明:选取的安全评价指标体系架构简单,意义清晰,其值获取较为容易,具有很强的实用性,该评价指标在公路隧道运行环境评价中是合理有效的;将AHP法和熵权法结合起来确定评价指标的权重是可行的,可以提高权重系数的精度,能够综合反映各评价指标的重要性和公路隧道运行环境的实际情况,以期为隧道运行环境的分析和评价提供理论指导。
In order to improve the safety of highway tunnel operation, the Delphi Method (DM) was used to conduct a sensitivity analysis of the multiple safety indexes, which were based upon road environment, traffic operation environment, traffic engineering facilities environment and weather environment. And the evaluation indexes system was built. The determination of weights considered the experts' knowledge and experience as well as the implication of itself im- plies data. Using the weighed averaging by the AHP and entropy method to obtain indices could reflect the subjective evaluation levels and the objective measured data. By taking the example of LiuWu Express way Tunnel Groups, the method was verified with the selected indexes. The re-search results show that the evaluation indexes system has a strong practicability with simple ar-chitecture, clear significance and easily obtained values, which is reasonable and effective in high- way tunnel operation environmental assessment. Meanwhile, it is feasible to combine the subjec-tive weighing method (AHP) and objective weighing method (entropy method) to determine the weight of evaluation which can improve the accuracy of the weight coefficients, reflect the impor-tance of each index and the actual situation of highway tunnel operation environment. The evaluation indexes system is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the tunnel operation environment analysis and evaluation. 8 tabs, 2 figs, 12 refs.
