提出一种“2.5维格子模型”来模拟高分子的交联反应,给出详细算法,并用相互穿插指数来检验模型的可靠性,通过模拟预测凝胶点时所需的交联点百分数及此时的凝胶量,计算量小,模拟结果与实验一致。
A 2.5-dimension lattice model was proposed to simulate the polymer crosslinking reaction and predict the percentage of erosslinkage number and gel content at gel point. Details of computational methodology are given and interpenetrating number is use to verify the reliability of model. The computation cost fewer time and the results were consistent with experiment.
