用压力法对ZnS:Cu电致发光粉进行了相变处理,利用X射线衍射定量测量了不同压力下ZnS:Cu材料中α相(六角)和β相(立方)的比例。结果表明,随着压力的增加,发光材料中六角结构的含量逐渐减少,材料的发光亮度有明显增加。在未发生相变的材料中六角结构所占的比例为88%,亮度只有20cd/m^2。经相变处理后,六角结构所占的比例为17%,亮度可达到102cd/m^2,大幅度提高了材料的亮度。
The electroluminescence of ZnS : Cu is treated by the phase-transition method, the proportion between a phase(Hexagonal) and β phase(Cubic) is measured by XRD under different pressures. It indicates that with the increase of the pressure, the content of hexagonal structure in the electroluminescence decreases gradually, and the luminance characteristic of electroluminescence material is also greatly improved. After the phase-transition treatment, the proportion of hexagonal structure in the electroluminescence decreases from 88% to 17% and the luminance increases from 20cd/m^2 to 102cd/m^2. The luminance characteristic of electroluminescence material is greatly improved.
