认知复杂性的概念和测量方法是Bieri根据Kelly的个人构念理论提出的。不同的研究者对认知复杂性的理解不同,却都以认知分化为指标。目前主要存在三种典型的认知复杂性的测量方法:Kelly及Bieri的库格测验、Scott的客体分类测验、Crockett的角色分类问卷,三种方法间一直存在争议。文章在回顾认知复杂性思想起源的基础上,详细介绍了三种经典的测量方法并对它们之间的争议进行了分析和总结。

英文摘要:

The concept of social cognitive complexity was first proposed by Bieri (1952) on the basis of Kelly's personal construct theory. Though different researchers had different concepts about cognitive complexity, they all agreed that it could be an important index of construct differentiation. By now, there mainly have been three classical measures of cognitive complexity: Kelly and Bieri's repertory grid instrument, Scott's object sorting test and Crockett's role category questionnaire. While the measures being used widely, many disagreements or arguments about them still remained there. This article first introduced the three measures by tracing their origins and then made an analysis and reached a conclusion about the controversies between them.
