胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)是常见的最具侵袭性的脑部恶性肿瘤之一,尽管手术、放疗和化疗取得了进步,GBM患者预后仍然较差,寻求特异性强、靶向性高的治疗方法势在必行。免疫治疗通过特异性识别和杀伤肿瘤细胞,为GBM治疗开辟了新道路,其中以疫苗、抗体和细胞为基础的临床研究取得令人鼓舞的成果,免疫治疗有望突破传统治疗策略的藩篱,有效杀灭肿瘤细胞,赋予患者新的希望。本综述回顾了当前GBM的免疫治疗方法及相关研究。
Glioblastoma (GBM) is one of the most invasive brain tumors. Although surgical resection, radiation and chemotherapy can improve the survival, the prognosis of GBM is still very poor. It is imperative to develop novel therapies to precisely target tumor cells. Immunotherapy can recognize and kill tumor cells specifically and open a new approach to treat tumors. Among them, therapeutic vaccine, monoclone antibody, cell-based demonstrated great potential in GBM therapy in preclinical model and clinical trials. Here we summarized the recent progress in immunotherapeutic strategy of GBM.
