主要从实验角度研究了脆硫铅锑矿精矿的基本挥发规律,探讨了主要元素Sb,Pb,Zn,Fe在真空蒸馏过程中在残留物中及挥发物中的分配情况。实验结果表明:593 K时脆硫铅锑矿精矿开始挥发,593~1023 K脆硫铅锑矿精矿挥发较慢,1073 K开始挥发量急剧增加,当温度为1473 K脆硫铅锑矿完全挥发。元素铁基本不挥发;当温度为1023~1173 K时,元素锑挥发剧烈,之后升高温度对于元素锑的挥发几乎没有影响;当温度为1473 K时,锑在从残留物中的质量已经降低至0.002 g,挥发率高达99.99%;当温度为1123 K时,元素铅在残留物中的质量为23.15 g,挥发率为11.17%,当温度上升至1223 K时,元素铅的质量降低至0.009 g,挥发率为99.96%;当温度为1223~1323 K时,元素在残留物中的质量由7.17缓慢减小至5.18g,因此挥发率出现一个平稳段,继续升温锌开始剧烈挥发,1423 K时,锌几乎完全挥发。因此元素锌的挥发是影响脆硫铅锑矿精矿挥发的最重要因素。
Here,we experimentally addressed the temperature-dependent volatilazation of the metals,including Sb,Pb,Zn and Fe,from jamesonite concentrate in vacuum distillation by chemical analysis of the condensates and slag,with X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetricanalysis differentialscanning calorimetry. Starting at 593 K,the decomposition and volitalization of jamesonite increased slowly,in 593 ~ 1023 K range,and then,rapidly increased to a plateau from 1073 to 1473 K. As the distillation temperature increased in 1023 ~ 1173 K range,Sb was rapidly evaporated till 99. 99% Sb was evaporated at 1473 K; the Pb-evaporation increased slowly in 1023 ~ 1123 K,and rapidly in 1123 ~ 1223 K,till 99. 96% of Pb was evaporated; Zn was evaporated rapidly only in 1323 ~ 1423 K,till no Zn left in the slag at 1423 K. Few iron atoms was evaporated in vacuum distillation. We suggest that the results be of some technological interest in vacuum distillation of jamesonite.
