研究了光源输出脉冲幅度和光谱能量分布的稳定性对时间波长交织光采样时钟幅度抖动的影响,进而得到了时间波长交织光模数转换有效比特与光源输出脉冲幅度的时域和频域特性的关系。对光源的幅度特性进行了实验测试分析,并在此基础上研究了通过定期检测校正提高系统有效比特的方案。
The paper analyzes the effect of the laser amplitude jitter and variation of power spectral distribu- tion on the amplitude fluctuation of time-wavelength interleaved sampling clock, and derives the relationship between the effective number of bits (ENOB) of a time-wavelength interleaved optical analog-to-digital con- vener and the characteristics of laser pulse amplitude in time and frequency domain. The pulse amplitude characteristics of a laser are measured experimentally, and a method to improve ENOB through regular detec- tion and correction is studied accordingly.
