英文摘要：
Set pair analysis has demonstrated its unique advantage as a new evaluation method, but the connected weight coefficient value has been a perplexing problem. On the evaluation and class issues, this paper presents a simple way to gain the value of the connected weight coefficient. Then the assessment for the renew ability of water resources are studled by five-element connection number of the set pair analysis method. The study of practical examples shows that the method is simple and visualized.
