以湖北省地方蛋鸭品种荆江鸭为基础,引入金定鸭、绍兴鸭（青壳Ⅱ号）、莆田黑鸭等国内优良蛋鸭品种进行杂交配套组合开展荆江蛋鸭Ⅰ系的选育工作.经过6年5个世代的家系选育,荆江蛋鸭Ⅰ系的开产日龄由0世代的123.3 d提前到5世代的120.2 d,40周龄平均蛋重由0世代的75.05 g降低到5世代的68.27 g,40周龄体重稳定在1 580 g左右,40周龄产蛋数达到140个,72周龄产蛋数超过290个,均达到选育目标.
英文摘要：
Based on local laying duck——Jingjiang duck,Jinding duck,Shaoxing duck （Green shell Ⅱ） and Putian black duck were introduced.The different crosses were made among four laying ducks.The breeding of Jingjiang laying duck line Ⅰ was based on the cross combination.The pedigree selection was used in breeding for 5 generations.The results showed that the age of first egg for Jingjiang laying duck line Ⅰ was 120.2 d.The average egg weight was 68.27 g.The body weight of 40-week was 1 580 g.The egg number of 40-week was 140 and the egg number of 72-week was more than 290.All the laying traits of Jingjiang laying duck line Ⅰ can meet the breeding goals.
