As a effective preparation method, CVI equipment is more and more respected. To solute the present situation of the low automated level of monitoring and controlling on CVI equipments in laboratory, here constructs a distributed control system (DCS) for multi -equipment monitoring. With the system software compiled by MCGS configuration tool software, it can well realize the target of real- time monitor and control of the multiple CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) equipments in laboratory. The system can realize real-time monitor of the states of the equipments running and the running parameters such as temperature, vacuum degree and electric current. It can perform functions such as real-time acquisition, auto-saving, identification and warning. The automatic level of the laboratory is improved and the reliably and security of the production process are guaranteed.
