规模化电动汽车作为一类特殊负荷,在负荷高峰时段可以接受调控指令成为缓解短时电力缺口的有效手段。电动汽车负荷对调度指令的响应受到其车辆类型、出行规律和激励政策等多因素的影响。首先对各类型电动汽车在电力负荷高峰时段出行规律和负荷规模进行分析,提出单组电动汽车负荷受控功率转移模型,在假设的运营条件下,兼顾电网、充电设施经营者和电动汽车车主等调度参与方整体利益,建立多目标高峰调度优化模型,并引入NSGA-II算法进行求解。仿真结果表明,对规模电动汽车的合理调控,可以在不同高峰时段以较小成本有效减少高峰负荷。
Large fleet of EVs(Electric Vehicle)as a special kind of load can be responded to meet the short time power short-age under dispatch instructions. The responses of EV load are re-strained by vehicle type,travel habit,incentive police and so on. This article came up with the energy transferring modeling of sin-gle unit EV load based on the analysis of the travel behavior of EVs during load peak period. By taking general interest of all par-ticipants (including power grid,owners of interactive facilities and owners of EVs)into consideration,multi-objective optimiza-tion model and NSGA-II algorithm were used in the decision mak-ing process. As it is shown by the simulation results,by an appro-priate dispatch strategy,EVs are proofed to be quiet useful to re-duce the peak value of power load at a reasonable price.
