水滑是轮胎在湿滑路面上行驶中发生的一种特殊打滑现象,针对这种危及行车安全的现象,主要介绍了轮胎水滑的产生机理,花纹排水性能、水膜厚度、仿生技术在花纹沟槽设计中的应用等水滑特性理论及数值分析研究现状。介绍了几款当前国外开发的防水滑轮胎的设计思想、结构特点以及先进的花纹沟槽结构和胶料配方设计在增强轮胎防滑性能中的实际应用。数值计算作为轮胎性能研究的主要方法之一,现有的轮胎模型一般局限在小幅运动范围内对轮胎特性进行研究,还不能完全描述所有工况下轮胎的力学特性。轮胎水滑特性的研究也对实验设备精度、稳定性和图像、数据处理速度提出了更高的要求。
The tire hydroplaning is a kind of special slip phenomenon.In view of this endanger driving safety phenomenon,the paper reviewed some progresses in the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation of tire hydroplaning performance,including the phenomenon of the tire hydroplaning,research mechanism,pattern drainage performance,water film thickness,application of bionic technology in pattern structure design.Moreover,the paper mainly introduced the main types and structural features of the current international anti-hydroplaning tire,and the practical application of the advanced tire structure and the formula design of rubber to enhance the performance of skid resistance.More accuracy and stability of experimental equipment,higher speed of image and data processing would further advance the study on tire hydroplaning characteristics.
