以微波作为热源,在正丙醇与水的混合溶剂体系中水解制备粒径分布窄、分散性好的球形TiO2。主要对前驱物浓度、微波功率、微波加热方式及溶液的pH值等对制备颗粒的影响作用进行实验研究,结果表明在正丙醇与水体积比1:1的条件下,以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为表面活性剂、在较短的微波加热时间内可制得粒径分布窄、分散性好的高质量球形TiO2。颗粒;颗粒粒度大小及粒径分布受微波加热方式、前驱物浓度及PH值的影响较大,而微波加热功率相对其他因素来说影响较小。
Spherical titania (Ti()2) with narrow size distribution and nice dispersibility has been obtained by hydrolysis in the mixed solvent of 1-propanol to de-ionized water using microwave as heat source. Parameters like precursor concentration, heating method, microwave power, and pH value have been investigated. The results show that the high quality Ti02 can be synthesized using PVP as surfactant when the volume ratio of 1-propanol to de-ionized water is 1:1. The results display that size and size distribution of the particles are affected by heating method, precursor concentration and pH value. However, the effect of microwave power is comparatively less obvious.
