Making use of the loans from foreign governments and international banking institutions has greatly propelled our nation＇s economy forward. But there still exists some problems about using foreign capitals and au diting the capiatals in Anhui Province. To solve these problems, audit personnel and departments should embrace new ideas and concepts, clear audit objectives, and actively explore effective ways. All these can further make foreign auditing play a supervisory role.
