作为一个新兴的研究领域,服务创新理论尚存在很多空白,如大中型制造业企业服务创新绩效的影响机理架构如何。为此,本文在理论回顾的基础上,通过多案例研究构建了以服务创新绩效为因变量、以企业家导向和组织能力为自变量、以环境不确定性为调节变量的研究框架,并使用我国东北三省193家大中型制造业企业的数据进行了实证检验。结果表明:企业家导向的创新性、先动性对服务创新绩效有显著影响;企业的资金能力、网络能力和管理能力与服务创新绩效之间存在显著正相关关系;环境不确定性对企业家导向、组织能力与服务创新绩效之间的关系起调节作用。
As a newly emerging research field,there are still many blanks in the theories of service innovation,such as what the structure of the impact mechanism of service innovation performance of large and medium sized manufacturing enterprises is. Based on the literature review,a research framework is constructed, in which service innovation performance is used as the dependent variable, and entrepreneur orientation, organizational capability are used as the independent variables,and environmental uncertainty is used as the moderator variable. And 193 large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Northeast China are used as the sample to carry out an empirical study,which demonstrates that:the innovativeness and the proactive of entrepreneur orientation have significant impacts on service innovation performance; there is positive correlation between capital capability, network capability, management capability and service innovation performance;environmental uncertainty is the moderator variable between entrepreneur orientation, enterprise capability and service innovation performance.
