PBL教学法自20世纪60年代引入医学教育中以来,在提高教学质量和学生的综合素质具有显著作用。但是在具体实践过程中,也存在各种各样的问题。文章从病例设计水平、教师的引导作用、学生的参与度、考核方式这几方面对PBL教学法进行分析,并提出推进PBL教学模式的参考性建议和解决方案。
PBL has played a significant role in improving the teaching ability and the comprehensive quality of students since its first use in medical education in 1960s. Despite the advantages, this paper analyzes common problems related to the PBL teaching process in case design, guiding role of teachers, students engagement and assessment methods. It also offers some suggestions and solutions to promote PBL teaching.
