低饲粮阴阳离子差协同维生素D对黔北麻羊妊娠母羊血浆钙及其调控因子浓度的影响

本文旨在研究低饲粮阴阳离子差(DCAD)条件下添加维生素D对黔北麻羊妊娠母羊血浆钙及其调控因子浓度的影响。将18头健康妊娠母羊随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只羊,各组分别饲喂DCAD为212.4(对照)、-145.5(Ⅰ)、-145.5 mmol/kg(Ⅱ)(干物质基础,实测值)的饲粮。其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅰ组在对照组基础上添加45g/d六水合氯化镁,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组基础上添加2 000IU/d维生素D。预试期10d,正试期30d。结果表明:1)Ⅰ、Ⅱ组尿液pH显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。3组山羊生长性能不受饲粮处理的影响(P〉0.05)。2)与对照组相比,Ⅰ(P〉0.05)、Ⅱ组(P〈0.05)血浆钙浓度均升高;对照组、Ⅰ、Ⅱ组血浆磷、甲状旁腺激素、降钙素浓度没有显著差异(P〉0.05),Ⅱ组较Ⅰ组和对照组显著提高了血浆1,25二羟基维生素D3浓度(P〈0.05)。3)Ⅱ组血浆维生素D受体、钙结合蛋白D9k浓度显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。在本试验条件下,在低DCAD条件下添加维生素D能更有助于维持动物血液钙恒稳状态。

英文摘要:

This study was conducted to evaluate the synergy effects of low dietary cation-anion difference(DCAD)with vitamin D on plasma concentrations of calcium(Ca)and its modulators of pregnant goats.Eighteen healthy pregnant goats were randomly allocated to 3blocks with 6replicates per group and 1goat per replicate.Goats were fed 3DCAD at 212.4(control),-145.5(Ⅰ),-145.5 mmol/kg(Ⅱ)[dry matter(DM)basis,measured values],respectively.Control group was fed a basal diet,45g/d MgCl2·6H2O was added in groupⅠ on the basis of the basal diet,and 2 000IU/d vitamin D was added in groupⅡon the basis of group Ⅰ.The pre-test lasted for 10 d,and the test lasted for 30 d.The results showed as follow:1)urine pH was significantly reduced in groupsⅠ andⅡ over control(P〈0.05).For the growth performance measurements DM intake,average daily gain,and feed to gain ratio were not affected by dietary treatments(P〉0.05).2)Compared with control group,plasma Ca concentration was increased in groupsⅠ(P〉0.05)and Ⅱ(P〈0.05);there were no significant differences in plasma phosphorus,parathormone and calcitonin concentrations for control group and groupsⅠ and Ⅱ(P〉0.05),but groupⅡ significantly increased plasma 1,25-(OH)2VD3concentration compared with control group and groupⅠ(P〈0.05).3)Plasma vitamin D receptor and Ca-binding protein-D9 kconcentrations in groupⅡ were significantly increased compared with control group(P〈0.05).These results suggest that blood Ca homeostasis can be more available to maintain by low DCAD synergized with vitamin D under the conditions in the present study.
