在前人实验研究的基础上,通过实验与理论分析,研究了垂直管水力提升中的固体颗粒浓度特征。在分析颗粒受力及颗粒运动规律的基础上,利用扩散方程推导了垂直管水力提升颗粒浓度分布的计算公式。并通过实验进行了初步验证。另外,通过实验分析了颗粒群体滑移速度与提升速度的关系,纠正了颗粒群的滑移速度为颗粒群的沉速,输送浓度一定小于当地浓度的认识,认为输送浓度、当地浓度与提升速度有关。
On the basis of previous researches, the concentration characteristics of large size particles in vertical pipes by hydraulic lifting were studied through experiments and theoretical analyses. According to dispersion equation, a formula was developed for radial particle concentration distribution. Experiments were conducted to validate this formula and good agreements were observed. In addition, relationship between slip velocity and lifting velocity was investigated by experiments. The results indicated that the transportation concentration was not always smaller than the local concentration. These two concentrations were closely related to the lifting velocity.
