目的研究点阵CO2激光治疗对皮肤胶原重建和部分生理指标的影响。方法点阵CO2激光照射小鼠背部皮肤,于照射后1h,3、7、14d,4、8周用MPA皮肤多功能测试系统测定其皮肤回声值、皮肤血红蛋白含量、经皮失水量,并于照射后4、8周取皮肤做病理切片测量真皮厚度及酶联免疫吸附试验检测Ⅰ型胶原含量。结果激光照射后短期内对皮肤血红蛋白含量、经皮失水量有一定程度影响,1周内恢复。照射后4、8周真皮层增厚,Ⅰ型胶原含量较对照侧明显增加,皮肤弹性改善。结论点阵CO2激光嫩肤是一种安全有效的嫩肤方法。
Objective To evaluate the histological and physiological change of mouse skin after fractional CO2 laser irradiation. Methods After hair removaled with depilatory,the back skin of mouse was irradiated with fractional CO2 laser. The resonance running time,hemoglobin content,transepidermal waterloss were measured at 1 hour,3 days,7 days,14 days,4 weeks and 8 weeks after irradiation. At 4 and 8 weeks after laser irradiaton,the skin biopsies were obtained from those mice. The collagen bundle widths in the dermis were recorded in an ocular micrometer and the collagen I was detected with ELISA Kit. Results The hemoglobin content,transepidermal water loss were changed temporarily after laser irradiation. At weekend of 4 and 8 weeks after laser irradiation,the dermal depth, collagen I and skin elasticity were significantly improved. Conclusion Fractional CO2 laser rejuvenation is a safe and effective method for resurfacing.
