采用微波水热法合成片状、花状和八面体状的四方相NaSm(MoO4)2微晶,考察初始溶液pH、合成温度、反应物浓度与合成时间对产物晶相、形貌和尺寸的影响.利用X线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜对产物进行表征.结果表明:初始溶液pH对产物的形貌影响显著,pH为2.0和3.0时,180 ℃微波加热1h,可分别合成出片状和花状的NaSm(MoO4)2微晶.pH为1.5时,150℃微波加热1h,可合成出形貌规整、尺寸均一的八面体状NaSm(MoO4)2微晶.在pH为1.5的条件下进一步升高合成温度或增加反应物浓度,八面体晶粒尺寸呈下降趋势.随着合成时间的延长,八面体颗粒逐渐分解并团聚成不规则多面体,提出了八面体状NaSm(MoO4)2微晶的形貌演变过程.
Well-crystallized tetragonal NaSm (MoO4) 2 microcrystals,including flake-like,flower-like and octahedron-like,were synthesized by a microwave-hydrothermal method.The effects of reaction parameters,such as the pH value of initial solution,the reaction temperature,the reactant concentration and the reaction time on the phase,morphology and size of NaSm (MoO4) 2 were investigated.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope.Results showed that the pH value of initial solution played an important role on the morphology of the products.The flake-like and flower-like NaSm(MoO4)2 particles were obtained by microwave-heated at 180 ℃ for 1 h at the pH 2.0 and 3.0,respectively.The octahedral particles with uniform morphology and size were observed by microwaveheated at 150 ℃ for 1 h at the pH 1.5.When the reaction temperature or the reactant concentration was further increased,the size of the octahedrons decreased.With the further extension of the reaction time,the octahedrons gradually decomposed and aggregated into irregular polyhedron-like particles.The formation process of the octahedron-like NaSm (MoO4)2 microcrystals was proposed.
