利用MTS810材料试验机和ZBC2302-D型示波冲击试验机,对8种型号的石油管材料进行拉伸和冲击性能测试;引入断裂韧度的求解方法,获得相应的屈服强度和断裂韧度等试验数据,并通过试验数据分析石油管材料断裂韧度与屈服强度的关系。研究表明,随着屈服强度的增加,断裂韧度相应增大,但并非呈现出良好的单调递增线性关系,而是呈台阶性递增。基于特征值关系式,通过测试材料屈服强度来估算材料断裂韧度。
The mechanics parameters of 8 types of oil pipe materials were tested by the tensile- loading experiment and instrumented impact test using MTS810 type electro- hydraulic material testing machine and ZBC2302- D type instrumented impact tester. Yield strength and the correspongding fracture toughness were obtained. Their relationships were studied based on the testing data of petroleum pipe material. The results show that fracture toughness increases with the increase of yield strength,but the curve of fracture toughness and yield strength is not in accordance with linear rule,but staged growth. The expression may provide a helpful method for estimating the fracture toughness through the yield strength.
