本文在原有的工作基础上,简要介绍了新型折平板等光强反射聚光光伏系统的设计原理,给出了折平板等光强反射聚光系统的平行光聚光公式,以此为依据对用于实验测试的聚光器重新设计加工,并进行了一系列的实验研究。依托两极太阳跟踪装置和CCD法等手段对聚光系统进行测量,研究结果表明所设计的折平板等光强反射聚光系统具有良好的能流密度分布均匀性,聚光效率约为0.53。同时考察了聚光器作用下的太阳电池单体和组件光伏特性,得知光电转换效率相比未聚光或非均匀聚光情况都有明显提高。
In this paper, the design principle of the bending-plate type concentrating PV system and the parallel light concentrating formula of the system are proposed. A prototype concentrator is developed for experimental demonstration and a series of experiments is done. The solar radiation flux density distribution in the focal plane is measured by employing CCD method and the results demonstrate that the flux density distribution of the bending-plate type concentrator has high uniformity and the concentrating efficiency is 0.53. I-V characteristics of silicon solar cell are also measured. The results show that solar cells have higher efficiency in this new system than that in parabolic trough concentrating PV system.
