提出了一种新型钻井振荡器。研究振荡器的工作机理,推导出了轴向脉冲激励函数,在此基础上建立了振荡器轴向振动分析模型,得到振荡器在振动下的位移、速度、加速度等关键参数;根据算例参数设计对应的室内实验,并将算例分析结果与实验结果进行对比,验证了振动分析模型的合理性,结果表明,振荡器可以产生平稳的高频微幅振动,使钻柱与井壁之间的静摩擦转化为动摩擦。研究结果对解决定向井、水平井钻进过程中钻压传递、钻柱磨损、粘卡等问题具有一定的参考意义。
A new type of drilling oscillator was proposed. According to the working principles of the oscillator, the axial pulse excitation function was deduced. Then, the axial vibration analysis mod- el was established and the vibration characteristics were obtained. The laboratory experiments were designed according to the example parameters, and the results from the example parameters and ex- periments were compared, which verified the rationality of the vibration analysis model. The results show that: the oscillator can produce steady vibration with high frequency and low amplitude, which can turn static friction into dynamic friction. As a result, the problems of weight on bit transfer, drill string wear and stick slip for directional and horizontal wells may be solved effectively.
