采用酸碱联合法成功提取了铁尾矿中的铁和硅。以浸出液为原料,分别采用水热法制备了Fe_2O_3、化学沉淀法制备了白炭黑。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对制取的Fe_2O_3、白炭黑的物相结构、粒度形貌进行表征。实验结果表明:酸浸实验中,反应120min、固液比1∶6、酸浓度为65%、温度为90℃时浸出效果最佳,铁的浸出率达到91.5%。碱浸试验中,反应360min、固液比为1∶2、温度为110℃时浸出效果最佳,浸出率达到63.48%。Fe_2O_3形貌近似为球状,粒径大小在1μm左右。白炭黑化学结构为无定型的水合二氧化硅,形貌近似为球状粒子,粒径在150nm左右。
Iron and silicon were leached from iron tailings by using acid leaching iron and alkaline leaching silicon. Fe_2O_3 was prepared by hydrothermal method,and the silica was prepared by chemical precipitation method. The phase structure and particle morphology were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy of which were prepared on Fe_2O_3 and silica. The results showed that the best technological conditions of the acid leaching experiment were as follow: leaching temperature was 90℃, leaching time was120 min,and concentration of hydrochloric acid was 65%, liquid-to-solid ratio1: 6. Under these conditions, the leaching rate was 91. 5%. Besides, the best technological conditions of the alkali leaching experiment were as follow: leaching temperature was 110℃, leaching time was 360 min,and the pH was adjusted to 8 - 9, liquid- to- solid ratio1∶ 2. Under these conditions, the leaching rate was 63. 48%. The chemical structure of silica is amorphous hydrated titanium oxide, the morphology of approximately spherical silica,particle size of 150 nm or less about silica. Fe_2O_3 exhibit approximately spherical morphology,particle size of about 1μm.
