为了解决胶体加压流动的不可控性,运用斯托克斯方程对布贴加压过程太阳电池与帆板间胶体的缝隙流动进行了分析与建模,得到了胶体流动的速度模型、流量模型和压力场模型.通过边界条件求解方程,得到了布贴胶体沿不同方向流量特性的定量表述;结合吸盘加压位置与空间太阳电池的具体形状对布贴胶体沿不同方向的流量模型进行了具体分析.布贴加压实验证明了研究结果的可靠性.
In order to control the flow of adhesive between solar cells and solar arrays, the flow behavior of adhesive during the laydown process of solar arrays was studied. Based on Stokes law, the fluid between solar cells and solar array is analyzed and modeled. The velocity, flow volume and stress of adhesive in this process are obtained. Through solving the equation, this paper describes the flow character of laydown adhesive detailed in parameters. Considering the pressing position and the solar cell profile, the fluid model is presented concretely. The experiments verify the theoretical model.
