采用钠基膨润土和钙基膨润土等量取代普通水泥砂浆中的水泥制成膨润土水泥砂浆,测试了新拌砂浆的和易性、抗压强度、弹性模量和相对渗透系数等,分析了膨润土种类、掺量及水胶比对其性能的影响,并采用SEM对其进行观察分析。结果表明:掺膨润土水泥砂浆早期强度发展较快;随膨润土掺量的增大,砂浆抗压强度逐渐降低;掺膨润土水泥砂浆可以显著降低砂浆弹性模量,提高砂浆的抗渗性能,密实度相对普通水泥砂浆有明显提高:膨润土种类对砂浆的抗压强度、弹性模量和相对渗透系数影响均较小。
Some part of cement in common mortar is substituted by calcium-based bentonite and sodium-based bentonite to form bentonite-cement mortar. The workability of the freshly applied mortar,the compressive strength,the elastic modulus and the impermeability are measured. The influences of bentonite species,the volume and the water cement ratio on its properties are analyzed. What's more,SEM is used to observe and analyze it. The results show that:the early strength of the mortar with bentonite develops fast. As the volume of bentonite increases,the compressive strength decreases. The bentonite-cement mortar can help to decrease the elastic modulus significantly. The bentonite can contribute to increase the impermeability of the mortar. The species of bentonite make little differences to the compressive strength,the elastic modulus and the impermeability. The density of the bentonite-cement mortar improves much more than the ordinary cement mortar.
