目的：探讨痰热闭肺证患儿经泻肺化痰汤治疗前后NK细胞亚群CD16＋、CD16＋CD56＋及NK细胞活性的变化。方法：肺炎喘嗽痰热壅肺证患儿80例,随机分为2组,两组均采用西药常规治疗,治疗组40例采用泻肺化痰汤治疗。采用流式细胞术动态测定肺炎喘嗽第1天、第7天空腹外周血液NK细胞（CD16＋,CD16＋CD56＋）亚群数目、采用乳酸脱氢酶法测定NK细胞活性,与同期40例对照组比较。结果：①肺炎喘嗽治疗组CD16＋CD56＋、CD16＋NK细胞1 d分别为[（0.79±0.04）%]、[（0.34±0.06）%],7d分别为[（1.27±0.12）%]、[（0.55±0.05）%];急性期与恢复期比较,恢复期CD16＋CD56＋、CD16＋NK细胞明显升高（P〈0.01）。肺炎喘嗽对照组CD16＋CD56＋、CD16＋NK细胞在1 d分别为[（0.80±0.05）%]、[（0.35±0.05）%],7 d分别为[（1.80±0.05）%]、[（0.78±0.04）%];在恢复期,对照组比治疗组明显升高（P〈0.01）。②NK细胞活性两组1 d分别为[16.83±1.01]、[17.3±2.30],7 d分别为[31.53±1.58]、[24.08±1.29],两组NK细胞活性在恢复期均明显升高（P〈0.01）,治疗组较对照组升高更明显（P〈0.01）。结论：泻肺化痰汤可以增强患儿NK细胞活性,提高其亚群CD16＋、CD16＋CD56＋数目,提高患儿的免疫功能。

Objective： To investigate the changes of natural killer（NK） cell subsets,its activities in children with pneumonia of accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome before and after the treatment by Xiefei Huatan Decoction.Methods： 80 cases with pneumonia of accumulation of phlegm-heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Both groups were treated with conventional Western therapy,40 cases in the treatment group were given Xiefei Huatan Decoction,NK cell subsets were observed by flow cytometry in different phases（1d,7d）.At the same time,compared with those of the control group.Results： ①CD16＋ CD 56＋（0.79±0.04）% 、CD16＋（0.34±0.06）% on the 1th d were significantly lower than（1.27±0.12）%、（0.55±0.05）% on the 7th d in the treatment group;it was lower than control group（0.34±0.06）%,（0.34±0.06）%.CD16＋（0.34±0.06）% on the 1th d was significantly lower than（0.55±0.05）% on the 7th d.They were lower than control group（2.04±0.17）%、（7.12±0.41）%（P0.01）.NK cell subsets（CD16＋ CD 56＋,CD16＋） were a positive correlation with their activities.There was no difference in CD56＋ with the healthy group（P0.05）.②NK cell activities on the 1th d were 16.83±1.01、17.3±2.3,lower than in those（31.53±1.58、24.08±1.29） on the 7th d,control group was lower than treat group on the 7th d.Conclustions： Xiefei Huatan Decoction can enhance NK cell activity in children,improve the numbers of their subsets CD16＋,CD16＋ CD56＋,and improve children＇s immune function.
