Three newly recorded species of Leguminosae from Qinghai, China are reported. Oxytropis ningxiaensis C. W. Chang, Oxytropisxinglongshanica C. W. Chang and Astragalustibetanus Benth. ex Bunge. All the specimens examined are preserved in Herbarium of Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University （WUK）.
