为了有效地激励出圆环板的面外振动模态,提出用4个兰杰文振子的纵振作为激励源的方式。介绍了激励源的布置方式,并对圆环板进行了有限元模态分析和结构尺寸的参数分析。制作了原理样机,采用多普勒激光测振仪对样机进行了模态实验,测试结果与有限元分析结果比较吻合。当施加电压峰峰值为150V时,振幅为700nm左右;当施加的激励电压峰峰值达到200V时,振幅达到900nm以上。实验表明,用4个兰杰文振子的纵振可以有效地激励出圆环的面外振动模态,合理地控制两相所加电压的相位差可以形成行波。
To excite the vibration modal out-plane of the ring plate,the longitudinal vibration of four Langevin vibrators serve as the excitation source.The paper presents the excitation arrangement and conducts a finite element modal analysis and structural and dimensional parameter analysis for the ring plate.A prototype is fabricated and subject to a modal experiment with the laser Doppler vibration meter.The testing result coincides with the finite element analysis.The amplitude is about 700 nm,at a peak voltage of 150 Vand the amplitude can be over 900 nm at a peak voltage 150 V.Experiments show that the longitudinal vibration of four Langevin vibrators can effectively excite the vibration modal out-plane of the ring plate and rational control of the phase difference between the applied voltages can create traveling wave.
