介绍了静态背景下移动数字快速捕获与识别的一种方法。通过构造参考模板去除静态图像背景,采用投影法进行移动数字快速捕获及分割,提出了基于端点与孔洞特征的数字识别方法,并给出了具体实现过程,指出了可能出现的异常情况(如搭链)及其解决途径。该方法捕捉快、识别率高,可应用于目标位置快速跟踪和数字识别的相关研究领域。
A new method for quick capturing and recognition of moving numeric characters on static background is presents. Constructing a reference template to remove static background, capturing and separating moving numeric character by its projection, a new method of recognition based on the characteristic of endpoints and holes is raised. Some techniques to deal with the abnormal situation are discussed. These methods with quick capturing and high recognition rate can also be applied in the quick recognition of objects in other fields.
