Liang Meiyu, received her M.S. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2010. Currently, she is a Ph.D. candidate at School of Computer Science and Tech- nology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Her research interests include in-age/video enhancement and super-resolution reconstruction, intelligent information processing and cross-media data mining. Du Junping, received her Ph.D. degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing, China in 1998. Now, she is a full professor and Ph.D. tutor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. Prof. Du is the Director of the Computer Applications Center in Beijing of Posts and Telecommunications. Her research interests include artificial intelligence and intelligent information system She is the author and coauthor of a large number of papers published in journals and conference proceedings. The corresponding author. Email： junpingdu@126.com JangMyung Lee, received his Ph.D. degree from Southern California State University, USA in 1990. He is a professor and Ph. D. tutor at the Department of Electronics Engineering, Pusan Nation University, Busan, Korea. Prof. Lee is currently engaged in the research on image processing, intelligent control and artificial intelligence. Now he has published more than 200 papers indeed by SCI or EI in journals and important international conference proceedings. Liu Honggang, is currently pursuing the M.S. degree at School of Computer Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. His research interests include image/video enhancement and reconstruction, intelligent information processing. Zhang Yun, is currently pursuing the M.S. degree at School of Computer Science and Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. His research interests include image/video processing and intelligent information system.
