文章研究分布式线控转向系统的可靠性问题,并提出一种能够有效提高分布式线控转向系统可靠性的容错技术.首先运用FMEA与故障树分析两种风险评估方法相结合的方式,对分布式线控转向系统进行新的适用于其本身的可靠性分析;其次根据对分布式线控转向系统的可靠性分析及系统需求,提出一种基于最小故障静默单元的客错技术,并设计分布式线控转向系统中的容错单元;最后对所设计的容错冗余单元的可靠度和分布式线控转向系统的可靠度进行数学计算,计算结果表明针对线控转向系统设计的容错单元能够有效地提高分布式线控转向系统的可靠性.
This paper studies the reliability of distributed steer-by-wire system and proposes a fault-tolerant technology to improve the reliability of the system.Firstly,in this paper,the reliability of steer-by-wire (SBW) system is analyzed by using the method combing failure modes& effects analysis (FMEA) and fault tree analysis (FTA).Secondly,based on the distributed wire steering system reliability analysis and system requirements,this thesis proposes a fault tolerant technology base on the minimum silent failure unit,and a fault tolerant unit is designed for SBW system.
