英文摘要：

Objective：To investigate the neuroprotection of psoralen onβamyloid-induced cholinergic system injury in hippocampal neuron.Methods：Hippocampal neuron cultures pretreated with psoralen was treated by βamyloid.Content of acetylcholine,activities of cholinesterase and choline acetyltransferase were determined.Results：Psoralen elevated the activity of cholinesterase and the content of acetylcholine,without effect on the activity of choline acetyltransferase.Conclusion：Psoralen could protect cholinergic system from βamyloid-induced injury in hippocampal neuron.
