在工程实践中发现采用《公路桥涵施工技术规范》中转体顶推力(或牵引力)计算公式计算的结果与实测数据有较大误差,为解决这一问题,通过对工程施工过程中的实测数据进行分析,确定影响转体顶推力的主要因素,并在考虑结构支撑形式及转体形式的基础上,建立数学模型,进行推导和计算,并通过工程实例进行验证。结果表明,该分析结果与实测数据有较好的一致性。同时,对《规范》中计算公式的适用范围进行了说明,并用以指导类似工程的转体顶推力计算。
It is discovered in engineering practice that the differences between formula and measured value of jacking force or traction force in swivel construction in 'Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridge and Culverts'. To solve this problem, the main factor of influencing jacking force is decided through analyzing the measured value in the process of engineering construction and based on the measured value in construction, the mathematical model is presented, and then it is deduced, calculated and validated in engineering practice. It is indicated that the analyzed result is consistent with measured value. Hereby, the result illuminates the scope of application of the formula in the specifications and can guide the similar construction.
