本文采用大涡模拟的方法研究了冷却流通道内流动对气膜冷却的影响。计算结果表明:在本文计算的吹风比0.5的情况下,冷却流通道内流动对气膜横向冷却效率影响不大,但对气膜出流流场有较大的影响。同时计算结果还与RANS的结果进行了比较,采用大涡模拟得到的结果更加接近实验结果,同时大涡模拟能得到气膜出流边界层里更多的湍流场细节。
The effect of coolant cross-flow on the film cooling effectiveness was studied using the large-eddy simulation(LES) turbulent flow model.A cross-flow-coolant model and a plenum-coolant model were investigated for blowing ratios(M) of 0.5.The results show that the spreading area of the coolant on the surface and the velocity distribution for the cross-flow model are quite different from those for the plenum-coolant model despite the small differences in the laterally averaged film cooling effectiveness between the two models.Comparison of LES model results with predictions using the SSTκ-ωmodel shows that the LES model captures the instantaneous turbulent fluctuations not predicted by the SSTκ-ωmodel which shows that the turbulence for the film cooling is not isotropic.
