The game right is one of the basic rights of children. Due to the weak consciousness of gameright, the unreasonable way of education and the intensive family space, children mainly play the electronicequipment. Two major problems in 3-6 years old children game right are freedom of playing game is not recog-nized and the social rights of game is difficult to be guaranteed. We should help the urban families to reason-ably control the game time, improve the form of children＇s games, create children＇s game environment and addchildren＇s game facilities. And ensure the children＇s game right in urban families.
