基于经典知识创造螺旋过程模型（SECI模型），提炼CoPS知识创造的6种模式，分别从个体、项目和企业3个层面分析知识创造效果。采用结构方程模型实证方法验证了CoPS 的6种知识创造模式与3个层次创新绩效的关系：知识表出化、知识反思内化、知识实践内化对个体绩效具有显著直接影响；项目绩效受知识社会化和知识系统化直接影响；组织绩效的影响因素主要为知识联结化、知识系统化。
英文摘要：
Firstly ,based on the classical model of spiral knowledge creation process （SECI model） ,the paper refined 6 kinds of knowledge creation mode about CoPS ,and analyzed the effect of knowledge creation respectively from three as‐pects ：individual ,projects and enterprise .Finally ,on the basis of empirical method of structural equation model ,the pa‐per validated the relationship between the 6 kinds of knowledge creation about CoPS with three levels of the innovation performance ：individual performance will be subject to significant direct impact on Externalization ,Reflection Internaliza‐tion and Practice Internalization ;project performance will be directly affected by the Socialization and Systematization ;the influence of Organization performance comes mainly from Combination and Systematization .
