By using the partial order method,the lattice α（t）-concave increasing operators are studied in u0-r complete Archimedean vector lattice.A fixed point theorem is obtained for the class of operator to be neither compact nor continuous by means of a sufficient and necessary condition of the lattice α（t）-concave operators.
