青光眼是世界上第一大不可逆性致盲眼病,也是可预防和控制的致盲性眼病之一。目前,多采用手术方法对药物不能控制的青光眼患者进行治疗。传统手术方法在术中及术后的并发症较多,易引起患眼的不良反应。而青光眼微型引流物Ex-press植入术为安全性更高、并发症更少的新型手术方式之一。近年来,该术式在青光眼手术治疗中的应用日益增多,其手术技术也更加成熟,得到了广大医生越来越多的重视与关注。该装置设计科学、手术操作简单、学习曲线较短。同时,还具有降低眼压效果好,手术安全性高且并发症少等特点。但是其价格昂贵,使用时需综合考虑手术效果、手术安全性及成本效益。本文中笔者就其应用现状及研究动向进行简单评述。

英文摘要:

Glaucoma is the largest irreversible blindness cause disease around the world,which is can also be prevented and controlled. At present,the operation method is used for the treatment of glaucoma patients who can not be treated with the drug. But there are many complications in the operation and the postoperative with traditional operation method. And traditional operation method is easy to cause adverse reactions in patients. However,the Ex-press implantation surgery is one of the new surgical approaches with more safety and less complications. And the application of the Ex-press implantation surgery for glaucoma is increasing. The surgery is more and more mature and has aroused more attention and concern. The design of this equipment is scientific. The procedure of operation is simple and the surgery has short learning curve. At the same time, the intraocular pressure reduction is effective. The operation is safe and has fewer complications. But Ex-press is expensive,if Ex-press is used into trabeculectomy,the efficacy,safety and cost of the operation should be taken into consideration. In this literature review,we summarized the research trend of the micro device Ex-press for glaucoma surgery.
