To know the present situation of health food made from mulberry resources in China, all approved mulberry health products were searched based on the data of SFDA from 1996. Frequency of raw materials, forms and functions of products were overall analyzed. General situation and industry development status of functions of products made from mulberry and mulberry leaves were critically introduced. In addition, existing issues and development direcions about mulberry resources health foods in China were discussed.
