目的:明确丹皮酚对Hacat细胞增殖及凋亡的影响。方法:培养人角质形成细胞株Hacat,采用WST-8检测细胞丹皮酚对Hacat细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞仪检测丹皮酚对Hacat细胞细胞周期及凋亡的影响。结果:丹皮酚能有效抑制Hacat细胞的增殖,将Hacat细胞阻滞于G2/M期,同时丹皮酚可有促进Hacat细胞凋亡作用。结论:丹皮酚可抑制角质形成细胞的增殖,促进角质形成细胞的凋亡,可能是牡丹皮治疗银屑病的有效单体之一。
Objective: To identify the effects of paeonol on the proliferation and apoptosis of Hacat cells. Methods: Hacat cells were cultured by human cutin. The proliferation of Hacat cells was detected by WST-8. The cell cycle and apoptosis of Hacat cells were detected by flow cytometry. Results: Paeonol inhibited the proliferation of Hacat cells, and blocked the cell cycle in G2/M phase. Paeonol induced the apoptosis of Hacat cells. Conclusion: Paeonol can inhibit the proliferation and promote the apoptosis of Hacat cells, consequently which may be one of potential effective monomers of Cortex Moutan Radicis for treating psoriasis.
