技术创新、商业模式创新和制度创新是创新系统的三个子系统，中国经济、社会发展现状决定了中国企业的成功需要三个子系统的协同，但目前研究多是从某个或某两个子系统进行分析。鉴于此，依据理论抽样法选取中国5家典型互联网企业，通过多案例研究法分析了5家企业的创新环境特点及创新实践，深入探讨了中国互联网企业创新子系统间的协同作用机制与创新成功的关键影响因素。
英文摘要：
Technology innovation, business model innovation and institution innovation are the three subsystems of innovation system, and the collaborative innovation of the three subsystems is essential to the success of firms due to the reality of economy and society in China. Unfortunately, most of the relative researches are done from only one single point or two. Given this, this paper takes five China internet firms as cases which were chosen based on theoretical sampling, and analyzes the feature of environment and innovation practices of those firms with the method of multiple cases study. Furthermore, the paper does a thick study on the collaborative mecha- nism of the three innovation subsystems and the key successful factors. The findings have more practical signifi-cance to the innovation practice of internet firms in China, and they have enriched the innovation theory about in- temet firms
