局域波分解可以把信号分解成多个内蕴模式分量的和，此分解过程等效于用自适应滤波器库对信号进行滤波，各模式分量的频率随着分解阶数的增大而降低，具有小波分解类似的特征。用局域波分解法对信号进行降噪处理，同时用互相关法和自相关法建立了噪声评判准则，得到了较好的降噪效果。
英文摘要：
Local wave decomposing method can decompose signal into several intrinsic mode functions. This method equals to filter signal with adaptive band filter bank. It is similar to the charateristics of wavelet decomposition. According to this characteristics, a new method of denoising is discussed in this paper. Firstly, signal is decomposed using local -wave decomposing method. Secondly, noise judge criterions are given to distinguish which compositions are noises, noise compositions will be got rid of. Finally denoising signal is composed of the remainders. A real signal from faulty equipment is given to test the new method.
