利用三维CAD软件对复杂铸造模具进行模型重现,目前具有较大难度,而且难以保证重现精度.本文引入基于断层扫描的逆向工程技术,很好地解决了这一难题.首先详细地介绍了单轮廓连接、分叉处理及端面三角面片剖分原理,同时给出相关具体算法.然后给出模型重建实例,并得出利用断层扫描这一逆向工程技术进行复杂铸造模具三维表面模型重建,可以大大提高重建模型的精度与效率的结论.
At present,it is very difficult to reproduce surface model of complicated casting die by 3D CAD,such puzzle has been solved here by using reverse engineering technology based on computer tomoscan.The principles of single contour connection,furcation processing and triangular patch division of end face have been introduced in great detail with specific algorithms.An example has lead to the conclusion that the precision and efficiency of model reconstruction can be improved very much by using those methods mentioned above.
